Hard break on roll

Hi,
I am flying my Tricopter and see strange issue. when flying manual, the pitch and roll seems ok, but when changing to position (with RC) the breaking, specifically on the roll are very harsh, there are big overshoots
Can an one look at the log and see if you see something bad?

Is there PID parameter that might help me?
I prefer slow and controlled maneuvers on the velocity and position modes
