Drone took off during arming in Altitude hold Mode

I was implementing RTK gps on PX4. My PCB design had an issue related to magnetometer and I had to add an external compass. It is a third party QMC5883 Ic. using console I cannot see the info of the mag sensors too. But after calibrating I tested manual flight it was quite OK. But when I tried Altitude hold mode it took off.
