Can not get the Throttle to calibrate

I’m trying to calibrate a Taranis X9D+ in QGround Control v3.5.0. Following the radio calibration instructions. I lower the throttle (mode 2) to it’s lowers position and then click “next”. I raise the throttle to the upper limit. The software tells me to move the throttle back down to the lower limit and leave it there, but nothing happens once I move it there…

I figured out the problem. I needed to calibrate the throttle in the transmitter first. The calibration in the transmitter was originally set so that when the throttle lever was in the bottom position is was actually send the signal as if the throttle was at the half way point. Once I correctly recalibrated the transmitter so that when the throttle was in the bottom position it was actually send out a bottom signal.
